Cancellations & Refunds

1. Cancellation

You can cancel the ride by calling us on our contact mobile numbers or by sending an email at info@joshicabs.com. In event on cancellation any booking-amount paid will not be refunded.

2. Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made before 24 hours of journey will incur fee, which will be charged to your registered payment method.

3. Refunds

In the event of a dispute or service issue, please contact us at info@joshicabs.com. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your ride without cancellation will incur fee, which will be charged to your registered payment method.
