By booking a ride or using the travel coordination services of JoshiCabs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Our cab services are intended for safe, personal, or corporate non-commercial travel. You agree to treat the assigned chauffeur with respect and keep the vehicle clean during your outstation travel.
Prices shown on the website are estimates and may vary based on vehicle availability, seasonal demand, route changes, or other travel factors. Final fares are confirmed at the time of booking.
All standard highway toll taxes and state entry taxes are included in our quoted fares. Parking fees (such as airport, railway station, hotel, or monument parking) are extra and are transparently communicated and charged on actuals.
You agree to clear all agreed fares and any applicable parking fees upon completion of your journey. Fares are subject to adjustments in case of route extensions or extra drops requested during transit.
For passenger safety, engine pulling power, and preventing vehicle overheating on steep mountain roads, the air conditioning (AC) may remain switched off while driving uphill in hilly terrains.
To ensure the safety of passengers and drivers, chauffeurs reserve the right to avoid or restrict late-night driving in high-altitude mountain sectors in compliance with regional safety advisories and road conditions.
Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, and valuables. JoshiCabs and its drivers are not liable for any lost, misplaced, or damaged items left inside the vehicle. Passengers are advised to check the vehicle thoroughly before exiting.
Carrying illegal substances, weapons, or using the vehicle for unlawful activities is strictly prohibited. Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service in case of violent or unsafe behavior.
While we strive for absolute safety, JoshiCabs is not liable for delayed arrivals caused by extreme mountain weather, landslides, traffic blocks, or highway force majeure situations.
Images, photos, and visual media used across this website may include publicly available images, internet media, illustrative assets, or photos submitted via Google reviews and passenger feedback. JoshiCabs does not claim copyright ownership of third-party media and shall not be held liable for any image use.
